The Association of Pacific Northwest African American Quilters presents a tribute to some of its founding members – Gwen Maxwell Williams, Johnnie Rabb Miller, and Patricia Batiste Brown – by finishing quilts they had started. They will also exhibit Underground Railroad and Black Lives Matter group quilts and individual quilts.
